At Kissmuse, every artwork is carefully prepared before shipping. This shipping policy explains our processing time, delivery methods, packaging, tracking, and important information for international orders.
Order Processing Time
Most Kissmuse artworks are handmade after your order is placed. The creating and preparation time is usually about 1 week. For larger sizes, heavy textured paintings, custom requests, or bulk orders, the processing time may be slightly longer.
If you have a specific deadline for home decoration, interior design, hotel installation, commercial projects, or gifts, please contact us before placing your order.
Artwork Confirmation Before Shipping
For handmade artwork orders, we can provide confirmation photos before shipment when needed. We will do our best to make sure the artwork matches the selected style, color feeling, texture, and overall composition before it is shipped.
If you have special requirements for color tone, frame style, orientation, texture depth, or signature placement, please contact us as early as possible.
Estimated Shipping Time
After the artwork is completed and ready to ship, delivery usually takes about 3–7 days depending on your country, courier service, customs clearance, and local delivery conditions.
In most cases, you can expect to receive your artwork in about 10–14 days after placing the order.
Shipping Methods
Kissmuse usually ships artwork by reliable international couriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, or other suitable carriers depending on the destination country and package size.
The final shipping method may vary based on the artwork type, frame option, delivery country, and logistics availability.
Free Worldwide Shipping
Kissmuse offers free worldwide shipping for artwork orders. Standard shipping costs are included in the product price, so you do not need to pay an additional standard shipping fee at checkout.
Special shipping requests, remote area delivery, or urgent delivery may require extra confirmation before shipment.
Packaging
Rolled canvas artworks are carefully packed in a strong protective tube. Framed artworks are packed with protective materials and a sturdy outer package to reduce the risk of damage during international shipping.
Because handmade textured canvas art and framed wall art need extra care, we take packaging seriously before every shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. You can use the tracking number to follow the delivery status through the courier website.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is handed over to the courier.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email address are correct before placing your order. Kissmuse is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.
Customs, Duties, And Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by Kissmuse and may be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

If your tracking information has not updated for a long time, please contact us and we will help check the shipment status.
Damaged Package Or Artwork
If your package or artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kiss.muse@outlook.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged artwork, and photos of the outer packaging.
We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will help contact the courier and check the delivery status.
Final solutions will depend on the courier investigation result and the specific shipping situation.
