How long does it take to receive my artwork?
Each Kissmuse artwork is carefully handmade after your order is placed. The creating time is usually about 1 week. After the artwork is completed and confirmed, shipping usually takes about 3–7 days depending on your location and local delivery conditions.
In most cases, you can expect to receive your artwork in about 10–14 days after placing the order.
Will I see the artwork before it ships?
Yes. For handmade artwork orders, we can provide a preview before shipment. We ship only after the artwork is confirmed, so you can feel more confident before it is sent out.
If you have specific requirements for color tone, texture, orientation, or frame style, please contact us as early as possible.
Are Kissmuse paintings handmade?
Yes. Kissmuse focuses on handmade textured canvas art and minimalist wall art. Each piece is created with a handmade process, so brushstrokes, texture depth, and small details may vary slightly from the product photos.
These small differences are part of the handmade character and make every artwork unique.
Will the painting look exactly like the picture online?
Because each artwork is handmade, it may not be 100% identical to the product image. However, we will keep the overall composition, color feeling, texture style, and visual effect as close as possible to the original design.
Slight variations in texture, brushwork, and color depth are normal for handmade art.
What canvas and frame options do you offer?
Kissmuse offers rolled canvas and selected frame options to match different interior styles. Available frame styles may include wood frame, gold frame, white frame, silver frame, and black frame depending on the artwork.
Rolled canvas is a good choice if you want to frame it locally. Framed artwork is a better option if you prefer a more finished, ready-to-display look.
Is the framed painting ready to hang?
Yes. If you choose a framed option, the artwork will arrive ready for wall display. You can hang it in your living room, bedroom, hallway, office, hotel space, studio, or commercial interior.
If you choose rolled canvas, you will need to take it to a local frame shop or gallery for stretching and framing.
How do I choose the right size for my wall?
Start by measuring the wall area where you plan to hang the artwork. For small spaces such as entryways, bedside walls, or reading corners, smaller sizes work well. For living rooms, dining areas, bedroom headboards, and sofa walls, medium to large sizes usually look more balanced.
For large blank walls, open spaces, hotels, or luxury interiors, a bigger artwork can create a stronger focal point. If you are not sure which size to choose, please contact us before ordering.
Can you help me choose a frame or size?
Yes. If you need help choosing the right size or frame, please contact us before ordering. You can send us your wall size, room photo, preferred style, and the artwork you like. We will help you choose a more suitable option for your space.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes. We can support custom size requests for many artworks. Custom sizes are especially suitable for large walls, interior design projects, hotel rooms, offices, restaurants, galleries, and home staging spaces.

Do you offer bulk purchase or trade orders?
Yes. Kissmuse accepts bulk purchase requests for interior designers, hotels, offices, restaurants, galleries, real estate staging projects, and commercial spaces.

How is the artwork packed?
Rolled canvas artworks are carefully packed in a strong protective tube. Framed artworks are packed with protective materials and a sturdy outer package to reduce the risk of damage during international shipping.
We take packing seriously because textured canvas art and framed paintings need extra care during transportation.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Kissmuse offers global shipping for wall art orders. Shipping time may vary depending on your country, customs clearance, holiday season, and local courier service.
If you have a deadline for a project, gift, hotel installation, or interior design schedule, please contact us before ordering.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Kissmuse offers free shipping globally for artwork orders. Shipping costs are included, so you do not need to pay an additional standard shipping fee at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Since most artworks are handmade after the order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible once the painting process has started or the order has already shipped.
We will do our best to help before production or shipment begins.
What is your return and refund policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days after delivery. The artwork should be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Because handmade and custom artworks require special production, some customized orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue. Please contact us first before sending any return.
What should I do if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kiss.muse@outlook.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged artwork, and photos of the outer packaging.
We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Will I need to pay import taxes or duties?
International orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not controlled by Kissmuse and may be the customer’s responsibility.

How should I care for my textured canvas artwork?
Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight, high humidity, water, and sharp objects. To clean the surface, gently remove dust with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.
Do not use water, alcohol, chemical cleaners, or rough fabric on textured canvas art, as this may damage the surface.
