Return & Refund Policy
At Kissmuse, every artwork is carefully handmade and packed with care. We want you to feel confident when ordering our wall art. Please read our return and refund policy before placing an order.
Return Period
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and original packaging.
Please contact us before sending any return. Returns sent without prior communication may not be accepted.
Handmade Artwork Notice
Kissmuse artworks are handmade, not mass-produced printed posters. Slight variations in brushstrokes, texture depth, color tone, and small details are normal and are part of the handmade character.
These natural handmade differences are not considered defects and may not qualify as a reason for return.
Custom Orders
Custom-size artworks, personalized orders, special frame requests, and made-to-order artworks with special requirements may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue or the item arrives damaged.
If you are unsure about size, color, frame, or style, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.
Since many Kissmuse artworks are handmade after the order is placed, cancellation may not be possible once the painting process has started, the artwork has been completed, or the order has already shipped.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake, a wrong item, or damage confirmed after review.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt. Kissmuse is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at kiss.muse@outlook.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the damaged artwork, and photos of the outer packaging.
Please do not discard the packaging before we review the issue. Packaging photos are important for checking shipping damage.
Wrong Or Missing Item
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and help provide a suitable solution.
Exchanges
Because our artworks are handmade and many pieces are made to order, direct exchanges may not always be available.
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will check whether an exchange is possible based on the artwork condition, order type, and availability.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:
- The artwork has been used, installed, damaged, or altered.
- The original packaging is missing or seriously damaged.
- The item is a custom-size or personalized artwork without a quality issue.
- The return request is made after the 30-day return period.
- The reason for return is only normal handmade variation in texture, brushwork, or color depth.
Color Difference Notice
Due to different screen settings, lighting conditions, and handmade painting techniques, the actual artwork may have slight color differences from the product photos shown online.
We do our best to keep the overall style and color feeling close to the original design.
